"Great team"

"Overall a good hotel but our stay was impacted by maintenance work going on and only one working lift."

"Not worth mentioning, the staff are not adequately trained to handle out-of-town guests "

"I don't know where they got this picture. This is not real. The whole place smells bad, AC don't cool even in best room in the hotel. Bathroom leaks allover. Looks like they are trying to be a 3 star place but this is a dump. I came here on US passport with Visa to visit India. They gave copies of my passport, visa and everything to police. Next evening police shows up for verification. Looks like they were looking for money. All my paperwork were true and accurate and I told them to get lost. "

"Good clean room, very good staff"

"Staff executives Soumya and room services are best, I also appreciate services of sapna and Kajal."

"Hotel was too good. Staff was extremely polite and supportive. Food was awesome. "

"need renovation but staff and servies are good"

"The hotel was very clean and on scale with the better hotels, regardless of location. The staff were courteous and professional. Meals were very good with a nice selection to choose from."

"Need improvement in service. Also they did not accept any changes."

"Since it's a new property there is still the construction work going on, but we were given best treatment by the staff. Property is nice and peaceful. Nice ambience and good rooms. Worth visiting once."
