They were advertising that they renovated the hotel and the rooms.
Not at all. Front desk informed us if we wanted the renovated room. We need to pay extra $65. On top of our already expensive room and resort fee.

"Absolutely amazing!! Female solo traveler. There is a store right across the street with cheap beer and liquor. But if not the hotel literally sells everything you need. Jacquisse & miora are the best staff you have. Very knowledge and English is great. We had many girl time talks and they’re hilarious. ..."

"The room we received was very dusty and not clean. There was no electricity except for specific time at night. No hot water at all in any of the rooms I was told. Safe was broken and unusable. The pool water was muggy and you could barely see a few inch into it. It was unusable."
