Otel konum olarak cok guzel. Cevre yoluna oran çankaya bölgesine yakın. Otopark sorunu yok. Odalar sessiz ve temiz. Rezervasyonu 2 gun yapmıştık 1 gun kalıp diger gun işimiz çıkınca iptal etme konusunda resepsiyondaki arkadaş yardımcı oldu. Otel Personeli ilgili ve guler yüzlüler. Pandemi nedeniyle spa bölümü kapalıydı maalsef.

Ankara’da begendigim Butik Otellerin biridir.Ekipler cok nazik ,oda temiz ve konforlu, yer sakin .Ozelikle bu sefer esimin hastalandigi icin bir geceyi iptal ettigimizde cok nazik destek ile bir gecenin parasi ger verdiler. Standard odayi rezervasyon yaptik ama suit odayi verdileri. Yanliz pandemiden dolayi restoran sadece kahvalt verdiler. Sakin ve sade konfort oteli aranlara tavsiye ediyorum.

Hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten erlebt

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, so auch die Zimmer. Als wir ins (Nichtraucher-) Zimmer kamen, lagen im Badezimmermülleimer noch leere Zigarettenschachteln und das ganze Zimmer hat gestunken. Wir konnten immerhin direkt wechseln. Bequeme Betten, gutes WLAN. Frühstück lecker, allerdings haben wir für ein Glas frischen Saft zusätzlich umgerechnet fast 3 Euro bezahlt und auch die Minibar ist extrem teuer. Englisch wird nur an der Rezeption gesprochen, das gesamte Personal war eher kühl.
