Our stay didn’t start as planned due to not being aware that the email that would be sent to ‘check-in’ would be a WhatsApp message. This ‘check-in’ email needs to be an email or clearly indicated as a WhatsApp so others do not encounter this same situation. We were not permitted access to the WiFi for me to submit the required check-in documents on site and had to drive to an open local WiFi spot. Once the check-in process was complete and we obtained the key codes, the room was good.
There were three negative things besides the check-in process that would make me look elsewhere for accommodation next time.
1.) The staff at the restaurant below the rooms were rude to multiple Numa guests.
2.) The restaurant below has a large patio for guests. The noise level gets quite high and carries into the rooms even with the windows closed. There were earplugs provided for each guest in the room upon arrival. Restaurant doesn’t close until 11pm, so sleep is nearly impossible until then.
3.) The WiFi is so slow. Streaming was impossible because everything buffered and then timed out.
Once again, good room and amenities around the location. The view from the balcony is beautiful! I just couldn’t get over the restaurant, their staff, and the WiFi/check-in issues.
