"I would describe this as a university dormitory in a fantastic central location. It is perfect if you are planning to be out exploring all day and just need a convenient base to drop your bags. The staff were lovely, very helpful and the price for a weekend stay was of great value. That said, the amenities are quite basic (think all-in-one shower gel and hairdryers available on request). It can also be a little lively with street noise and neighbouring rooms. Overall, this is a good budget-friendly option in a great location, especially if you are prioritising convenience over luxury."

"This is an ok hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work and when you opened the window the road noise was loud. It’s a convenient stop near the motorway and there are lots of places to eat and drink at the nearby shopping centres. You can catch buses into the centre of Bilbao just a short walk away."

"Spotlessly clean, Friendly & welcoming, Perfect for a few nights away 5th time in Bilbao & I’d usually stay in the Old Town, this was a leisurely 25min walk away but the metro, & tram, stops minutes from the door make this hotel almost in the heart of the city. A great stay, & the breakfast buffet isn’t especially exciting, but served from 6 it’s a convenient way to start the day if you need to be out early"

"El hotel tiene un excelente localización con estaciones del metro y el bus bien cercanas. Son 15 minutos caminando a la estación central y 15 minutos caminando al Museo, también está bien cerca del Centro Cultural. Tuvimos un percance con el baño y el staff fue inmediatamente a resolverlo. El desayuno estuvo buenísimo! Calientito y con muchas opciones. Lo recomiendo."

"Room was clean, spacious and modern, coffee machine and city view. Excellent breakfast buffet and sensational gym: a lage, well equipped modern training facility. Public transport directly in front of the hotel. Large car parking, although network connection (needed for EV charging) is poor on parking level -4 and definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, the many EV charging spaces are worthless…"
