Muito bom e somente com uma oportunidade de melhor

Minha estadia foi ótima...a pousada é linda...o quarto muito limpo...tudo bem novinho...todos da pousadas bem atenciosos....só deixo uma oportunidade de melhoria....ter mais canais fechados e rede Wifi...para que se acesse as plataformas de streaming no quarto....de resto...tudo maravilhoso!

Estadia maravilhosa

A pousada é excelente! Extremamente bem localizada, ao lado de uma mata espetacular e com uma prainha quase que particular para os hóspedes, isso antes das 11 e depois das 17 h, quando o fluxo dos outros turistas que a frequentam vão embora. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, muito embora necessitem de alguns móveis complementares. A pousada disponibiliza um barco que faz o transporte pra Vila do Abraão de hora em hora, até as 23 h, que atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade de translado. No entanto, pro nível da pousada, achei que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Outra restrição seria quanto à música ao vivo do restaurante, muito alta pro meu gosto, mas, que só nos incomodou no nosso check-in porque como passávamos o dia em passeios pela ilha, quando voltávamos pra pousada já tinha acabado. Por fim, uma menção especial pra Ana, gerente do estabelecimento, muito prestativa e competente.

O local é incrível com uma praia tranquila e os quartos muito próximo da mata. Toda a equipe está de parabéns. O atendimento e a atenção de todos foi excelente.

Local incrível, atendimento espetacular! Ana (gerente) super atenciosa e solicita, inclusive passou diversas dicas. Existe um restaurante na pousada e a comida é sensacional. Realmente eu indico! Você que está pensando em se hospedar em Angra, programe-se para hospedagem em Abraão e na pousada praia da Crena! Possui atrativos e barco Particular leva e trás a cada 1h para a vila (centrinho - 5min)

Personal poco profesional

Reservé tres noches con Expedia en este hotel. En mi cupón de reserva ponía que no tenía que hacer nada más hasta llegar al hotel, pero buceando en internet leí que los propietarios del hotel pedían el ingreso de una reserva en su cuenta, como yo no había recibido notificación alguna de este trámite dos semanas antes de mi llegada al hotel decidí ponerme en contacto con ellos para confirmar mi reserva, cosa bastante complicada porque el hotel no tiene ninguna dirección de email donde poder escribir, al final conseguí a través de un número de teléfono ponerme en contacto a través de whatsapp. Les pregunté por mi reserva y les envié mi cupón de Expedia, lo leyeron pero no se molestaron en contestar. A la semana siguiente volví a intentarlo de nuevo, les envié otro whatsapp pidiéndoles que por favor me confirmasen la reserva, por fin conseguí una respuesta donde me decían que con quién había hecho esa reserva, les indiqué que con Expedia y me contestaron que ellos no trabajaban con expedia, cuando les volví a enviar mi resguardo de reserva con Expedia para que viesen que yo tenía una reserva con ellos su única respuesta fue que si tenía alguna pregunta más les llamase por teléfono y ahí zanjaron la conversación. Así que a menos de una semana de mi llegada a Ilha Grande estaba sin reserva de hotel con los consiguientes problemas.

Don't go there. Other better and cheaper

Came to a dirty, unclean room, with poor facilities and old used furniture. The owner was nice and helpful, but couldn't speak any word of English, and as we saw later with some other guests, they weren't up to date with hotels.com reservations and offers. The toilet was broken, the room was perforated like a Swiss cheese, and it all smelled a lot. The owner helped with getting us to the town, but that was before his boat broke. The breakfast was descent but everything at this place is matched by any other hotel/hostel on Ilha Grande and still cheaper.

Informação incorreta sobre a localização

A estadia vale mais pela praia em que está localizada do que pela pousada em si. Além disso, no site consta que o hotel é perto da igreja de são sebastião, mas de fato fica a 1 hora do centro de abrãao por trilha. A proprietária disse que enviou e-mail falando que haveria um barco nos esperando no cais para nos levar até o hotel, mas nenhum e-mail nos foi enviado...ficamos perdidos por quase duas horas até encontrarmos o hotel...
