"We were blown away when we arrived. We were met at the door by Carl. He is a super nice person and helped us so much. Front desk were also nice and helpful.We booked the 2 queens bedroom. The beds are four poster (mahogany I think) and were beautiful as well as comfortable. Our tv screen was huge. I’m guessing 65 or 70 inches. It was very quiet. The bathroom is also large. "Nice hotel but they tell you that you have to pay $30 for Valet parking that there is no parking at the hotel. This is very misleading. There is a parking garage right across the street. We were there only one night and although the front desk tried to talk us out of it, we took our chances. Cost us $7 for our overnight stay. Pffft!"

The elevator was down and only 1 was working so wait times were long and you couldn’t realistically use the stairs to 7th floor with suitcases and kids. Also, I forgot an item in my hotel bathroom and they reported that the item had not been located which is hard to believe. It was hanging in the restroom so my assumption is that it was taken by staff and not turned in. "
