"We had a 2 bed villa with lounge pool and beach view. Lots of space and complimentary water and coke. The staff were fantastic and service excellent. We had occasion to contact reception and had someone to our room immediately. It was a little way out but taxis are easily available and good value. The breakfast was lovely though coffee slow in delivery. The restaurant was fabulous- beautiful setting and atmosphere- but not cheap. We would go back to this hotel."

"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...

"This resort was everything we hoped for, quiet, large comfortable and clean rooms with a lovely beachfront location. All the staff from gardeners and cleaners to reception and the lovely restaurant team were genuinely very friendly, helpful and efficient, anticipating our every need.
