"The hotel location is unbeatable, next to the Central Park. We had dinner in the restaurant upstairs : food was delicious, the service was excellent. The only drawback was a neighbor blasting music noise late at night, it wasn’t bad if you are not sensitive, but we could hear the music vibration. "

"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day. "
