"Breakfast was warm and served fresh. The hotel gave the adults in the room a free drink coupon, and offered free snacks in the evening. The hotel was very clean, and offered a pool, hot tub, gym, and tables on the rooftop to sit and relax. Very close to Point Park, PPE, and Heinz Field. Also walking distance to restaurants. It was a very nice stay and experience. "

"Access terrible. 1st time there. Skipped valet due to long lines and we were leaving in an hour for a concert. Parked 4th floor. Took elevator to lowest level ..casino. told could not enter with our luggege. Taje elevator back to 4th floor....find stairwell and walk down to ground floor. Stairwell was on opposite end of garage...had our luggage, pillow, bags, 71 yr old husband with replaced knee recovering from bronchitis....way too much walking to get to ground level to walk outside to find hotel entrance. Then walk across hall to check in. Exhausting. Terrible nothing posted about this in advance. Security guard at cadino was very unapologetic..could've cared less. Breakfast was ok. Hubby bummed no biscuit gravy. Wafflesare warm but butter and syrup are ice cold = vold waffle."

"Room old and dirty. Not sure if all the rooms were this way but 1502 is in need of an update and good cleaning. Will not be going back."

"The rooms are a little worn down. The location was great. I selected this hotel because it had a restaurant attached. Online it says the restaurant is open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday. When I checked in, I was told it closed at 9pm both nights. Then on Saturday night, I was informed that the bar is open until 10pm. "

"The best part of staying here was the proximity to PNC Park for a Pirates game and good restaurants to eat at. Also, the front desk staff allowed us to park outside the hotel instead of in the parking structure since I had walking difficulties! Thank you!!! "

"This was the perfect place to stay while we were in town to see the Detroit Red Wings play the Pittsburgh Penguins at PPG Paints Arena. We parked overnight at US Steel Tower Garage (44 Bigelow Ave), which was right across from the hotel, and then could easily walk to the hotel from there. We then walked 5 mins to the arena to see the game. The hotel was quiet and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. It was a nice stay and the suite we stayed was a great place to hang out for the evening. We did not get breakfast or dinner but there is a restaurant on site. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again. "
