"Yes, I would like to say while Pedro Mo Biat and Ana were very helpful and very accommodating. There was some staff including evening managers that were not so accommodating and were not so pleasant to deal with. Overall our stay was very, very nice. I’m not going to mention names. I already shared with Pedro some of the staff that were not so pleasant and not so hospitable. Like I said, Pedro was very accommodating, very pleasant very professional and very hospitable. I expressed to Pedro that this is the hospitality industry, and there were some staff in the hotel that did not represent well. There were a couple of instances where other staff were not very polite including one of the bartenders (he was tall) who wanted to charge me 50 cents for each cup because I asked for 16 cups and then told me he needed the cups for guests at the bar… I told him we were guest at the hotel … we needed to go outside to purchase cups. That that is why my rating is not a perfect score. Like I said we had a wonderful stay, but when you stay at a property and there were 16 of us in this group you expect over and above. We had eight rooms, one of which was a suite and we spent thousands of American dollars and they were times in the evening that the staff were not very polite and did not accommodate us with some of our simple requests like I said.. I shared with Pedro my concerns. Thank you for a wonderful week on your property."
