There was plenty of parking but entrances need better signage for the people that park to the left of the building. The toilet seat would not stay up on its own and did not fit the toilet (was too small) room 306. And we had 2 shampoos and a conditioner missing the body wash. All issues were minor issues and would not impact the overall value and experience. Will definitely still stay at doubletree in the future. Plus that cookie always makes the wife's day. 4 out of 5 because of the minor issues all very simple things to turn experience from a great experience to a perfect stay

We were there only briefly. The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel is big with a different entrances we got lost a couple times but quickly found our way. The only negative is that we left something important behind, front desk did contact housekeeping but they did not find it & I left messages w/ Lost & Found but they have not contacted us back. But that is mostly our fault.

I appreciated the cookies upon my arrival! That was really nice. The staff was friendly, my room was clean. The only things I did not care for were, the hot tub didnt seem to be working properly it was just hot water, the dial seemed to be broken. The was also a large family in the pool who allowed their children to eat pizza in the pool. That's not exactly the hotels fault however maybe maintenence in that department would be beneficial for other guest who would like to enjoy the amenities.

The employees were very pleasant. The hotel overall is pretty outdated. We stayed hwre specifically because my son wanted to stay at a place with a pool. The unfortunate part is that the pool was actually filthy. There was grime above the water line where other guests (at some point in time) had actually drawn the word "ewwww" in the grime. The breakfast buffet was pricey for what was offered.

Nice except for the nighttime noise…
The hotel is modern and clean and overall quite nice. We didn’t hear any of our neighbors, but our room was at the end of the hall near a service bay with a lot of noisy machinery (dumpsters/trash compactors?) that ran on and off through the night and woke us up multiple times.

Slow response time with no sense of urgency. Cleaning team did not turn down room until after 5pm. Showing age and lots of broken and chipped furniture. Welcome was nice but leaving felt very get out and dont come back.

the hotel would prefer I bring covid to the property. Then help someone with a refund to keep the guests safe.

Always a great stay
Nice upgraded lobby since my last stay. Large room, comfortable bed and nice amenities. I do appreciate they have full bottles of lotion and shower items to reduce the waste of the small plastic bottles most hotels have.

Saturday evening there were multiple r ents, one being a high school reunion. The hotel was loud with people blaring music, running up and down the halls and knocking on random doors as they ran by. The hotel didn’t care. When I spoke with a hotel employee at the front desk requesting a partial refund for Saturday evening they passed it on to Ecpddia saying they couldn’t do anything since I booked through a third party. Of course Expedia has to contact the hotel before I could receive a partial refund and they declined. The hotel itself is nothing special. The rooms have low water pressure, the bed is mediocre and the tv signal kept going in and out. I tried the breakfast buffet and wish I did t. Despite saying they are open to 10am they were closing at 9:30. The food sucked. Wish I had my $18.75 back. Would never stay here again considering their price point for two nights was nearly $600. Very disappointing; avoid at all costs.

Room was absolutely disgusting! They put us in another room which was just as dirty. Everything was extremely filthy, walls, bed frame, tub, lamp, carpet. There was even urine and feces stains on bathroom floor. We asked for a mop or cleaner to clean it ourselves, but they wouldn’t give us anything. To top it off my friend woke up with a cockroach in her bed.
