"Located in a very convenient place, near Gran Torre Costanera. Lots of eating places nearby!"

"Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay at Click Clack Hotel. While the design looks trendy at first glance, the reality didn’t match the expectations. The room was much smaller than it appeared in photos, and not very practical. There was also a strange smell that didn’t go away during our stay. The noise level was another issue—you can hear people outside and even from other rooms, which made it hard to relax. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly, but overall the experience felt unorganized and not very attentive. For the price, I definitely expected better. The location is decent, but that alone doesn’t make up for the rest. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it."

"The room was clean. There was nothing beyond average for the room. My problem was with the staff not too much. The reception reception was wonderful however with the restaurant staff and room service if your VIP and you are entitled to the 20% discount they send you from their register to the reception and back from the reception back to that and the time that I’ve had to spend with my credit card to pay labor that point is more time consume"

"No pool was rhe first problem then the rooftop opens when it wants to.. some not all of the workers were kinda rude.. best thing abiut the olace is that it was in the center of all the fun."
