"Bed linens are not cleaned.After requesting so many times, they changed the linens. They showed the accommodation to our driver, but when he came back to sleep, that place was taken by someone else and after requesting, they arranged a bed but asked my driver to sleep without a blanket in the middle of night. Horrible experience. Not recommending this place at all."

"The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This...

"The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent. "The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service."
