Initially, had an issue with the AC unit in my room and toilet was clogged. I requested a room transfer from the front desk staff and they promptly moved me to another room with better AC unit. the property is nice. bathroom is moldy and out dated. pool is too small for crowd of families and screaming kids. i came to relax and all i can hear are screaming kids day and nights.
