"RewriteWonderful hotel with great staff. I particularly want to shout out Karen. What a lovely front desk staff. Very accomodating and she did it with a smile. The location was perfect. Although not in Casco Viejo, it was only like a $4 uber ride away. It is connected to the Albrook mall which has lots of shopping and food. Will definitely stay here again. However pool was small and extremely crowded"

"Room was nice with a great bed and nice bathroom. Door was a little tricky. The front desk is staffed 24/7 with friendly professionals who are fully bilingual. Location is the heart of the old town easy walks to rooftop bars, churches, plazas etc. "

"The room was spotless and so custom i felt like i was in a magazine. Choice of restaurants in house was fantastic and the food was super high quality. We loved the courtyard and the specialty handmade chocolate in our room. "

Everyone, front desk, butlers, concierge, wait staff, room staff, doormen and drivers, all made us feel well taken care of and treated us like old friends. "I had a long layover and booked this hotel. unfortunatly it was close to the wrong airport which I didnt realize until too late. I went anyway. Lovely clean quiet spot. I missed breakfast but they made it for me. Helped me get a far cheaper ride back to PTY. Great location if you have a car."
