"The staff for the most part was nice, the property is clean but there are cats everywhere, not everyone likes cats. Also there was little ants all over my room( though I never brought it to their attention). The whole ground in the resort is VERY SLIPPERY when it rains, I hope someone does not crack their head someday. The food in general needs an upgrade. The food in Alonzonia is bit better. They need to have nightly events to keep guest entertained. "

Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. "Phenomenal breakfast with a wide range of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the pool area was chill and great for relaxation. Clean room and bathroom but shower head was faulty and close to no toiletries were provided. Highly recommend!"

"I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. They were incredibly hospitable and their engaging personalities ended up making this a memorable experience; one that would make me consider returning in the future; albeit in a different room (hopefully). There is a small menu available to residents of the hotel. Do try it. The prices are incredibly competitive and you will enjoy dishes representative of local and Greek cuisine, offered at generous portions and great taste. "
