"They never checked us in as they never received the booking in their system. I have been trying to connect with hotels.com since but to no response. It was a paid booking and in the peak season we were left stranded amid rains with no hotel. Zostel blames Hotels.com for wrong listing as there is no such room available with balcony. We are still waiting for hotels.com to respond to my complains but haven't heard yet. I expect a full refund and panelty for the inconveniences caused. Also, the amount I had to pay for the other hotels because of this debacle. "
