Dieses Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel und stellt einen massiven Vertrauensbruch dar. Wenn ein Gast Privatsphäre wünscht, muss diese respektiert werden. Ich habe mich dadurch unwohl und unsicher gefühlt.
