We quite randomly stumbled on Tom & Maureen’s B&B whilst transiting between Niagara Falls and NYC - and well did we get lucky here. The B&B is absolutely perfect in every aspect - beautiful surroundings, quaint interior with superb attention to detail to accommodate the guests and a super comfortable bed! But the 4-course gourmet breakfast had to be the highlight - amazing - we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! Oh yes, and the 3 beautiful rescue dogs that came to say hello and make us...

Service and food very good. Good facilities and nice setting. However rooms need a revamp. At 12am we discovered our bed linen hadn't been changed and we had to move to another cottage. We had to pack up and move everything. No apology or explanation from manager the following day.

Location was great for us, air conditioning effective and breakfast perfectly fine given the price-point. The hotel is under refurbishment so obviously things were not as the staff would wish them to be.
We would stay here again.
