Very pricey for something so basic

Great staff and wonderful property!

Long story first room ok but not the “deluxe” room we paid for (in renovated) so we changed rooms second room way better But: major renovations taking place so there was no lobby due to this we had to go up 1 floor cross over to then go down one floor in another building to get to our room still managed to charge the $37 a day resort fee however tv didn’t work for half the stay the did comp is parking (least they could do).not a bad place. It won’t be back. On a positive note the staff were very friendly and mostly helpful

We (family of four) had the best stay at Kauai Shores over the week of Christmas! It is accurately represented by the pictures and details given. The grounds were impeccably kept, our room (with a kitchenette) was clean and suited our needs, but the best part was the hard-working staff. They were always friendly and approachable, and they went above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent because you can walk to restaurants and bakeries, and there is a good-sized ABC grocery store too. I would absolutely stay here again.
