Surprisingly pleasant. Great location, rooftop and breakfast

Great experience with staff and good value for money. Location was very central and convenient.

The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

Staff was very nice, the location is great, and the room was awesome.

The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.
