"The place is very well located. Extremely close to the dining and shopping options. The lady at the front desk is very courteous and kind. They let us store our luggage for free. The hotel Pool is very clean. Not to forget the room was very clean , fresh towels , and a small kitchen. Very big room. Extremely happy with the service. "

"We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. The staff retrieves and brings your luggage all the way to your pickup area and they even let us store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santorini. We would definitely stay again! "

"Couldn't fault Cresanto at all. Staff were so kind, helpful and friendly every day. We felt so welcomed and it made our stay that more special. Rooms were huge and clean, the private pool was always heated and had the most gorgeous scenery. Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is excellent. This hotel was a block or 2 away from all popular restaurants and lunch stores supermarkets and gas stations. This hotel is on top of the mountain which is heavenly and right in between other islands and water line. "

"This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff and service were amazing and we were able to be in the heart of Oia to take in all the sites. The stairs were steep and windy to access this villa and definitely was not wheelchair access friendly. I would recommend for a getaway!"
