We loved our stay! The apartment is wonderful and set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. It's ideally located within easy walking distance of the town and Bahnhof. Check-in was super smooth despite our late arrival. Highly recommended!

We were warmly welcomed and given lovely rooms. The rooms were clean and had a sitting area too… felt very spacious. The breakfast was lovely. A good choice of local food. Not one of these massive breakfasts but plenty. A good start to the day. The lady who served breakfast and who checked us out was lovely… when I asked about her recommendations for local things to see and do, she was very helpful, but not overbearing in the slightest. The hotel staffs are so friendly. And the outdoor swimming pool is so beautiful.

A family hotel, run by people who combine professional competence with friendly care for their guests. It's notable that they have an active apprenticeship scheme to pass on their skills to a new generation. Lovely hotel in Ettal village. Plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. Very nice breakfast included. Convenient parking. Short drive to Linderhof, which was our reason for selecting the hotel.

we had a corner room, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from windows, we were in the front. Breakfast was plentiful. lots of choice. Receptionist's were very helpful, giving information with regards to where to eat, where to go etc. Ideal for getting around the town and surrounding areas.

The room and the location were perfect for our overnight stay before the Neuschwanstein Castle. The room was more than sufficient for the 3 of us, it was clean, and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The only downside was we were unable to make use of the breakfast because there are two breakfast sittings and an already booked castle tour did not allow us to make use of the only slot available at the second sitting.

Beautiful place, comfortable accommodation and great service. The guest pass gives you free bus travel and that was really useful for us. We would definitely stay again

The location is fantastic, meals are lovely. Breakfast was a little dose of luxury we haven't had that nice breakfast anywhere. The staff are amazing, warm, friendly and happy to chat to you. They go the extra mile for children

A lovely clean room, with a very comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant for two nights, attentive staff, helped translate menu from German into English. Lovely restaurant with a good menu, and an excellent and varied breakfast. Reception staff spoke English which was a great help. Recommended, many thanks.

Hotel appeared quite new, cleanliness throughout most impressive, and clearly catered admirably for disabled & blind guests. Although room (207) clearly for single use, clever furnishing made use of all space, even with small terrace with Mountain View + parasol. 👏👏👏

Lovely property, welcoming staff, fabulous food at dinner, great room with balcony. Quiet location, and easy to find by car. A bit far to walk into town centre on a hot day.
