Geneva hotel is my place to stay when I’m in Amman, I rate it 10 out of 10, all the staff are awesome starting with the manager Malek, front desk Alaa, bellman Dawoud and honestly all the staff were great!

I stayed at the hotel 2 nights, before my 2 day tour and after the tour. The first night was on the 1st floor and the room was big but it was a little run down and the tub/shower was tiny. The 2nd night was on the 4th floor and it's obvious it had been remodeled and it was just as advertised. The breakfast was great. And, if you need to exchange your currency, do it next door. The fee is much less than at the airport. The only complaint I have was this faint, but audible, sound that I heard on both nights and I couldn't figure it out. For a short stay, I'd book the hotel again.

Pretty good

The hotel was a bit outdated but kept well, clean, and the service was great. Breakfast was very good. Uber to the city center was maybe 5$, not much to see around the hotel. The bar on top has a great view of the city.

Enjoyable stay at the Geneva Hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Geneva Hotel. I arrived early to check-in and complimentary breakfast was provided while my room was prepared. The room was clean and comfortable and facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and helped make my stay a good one.

pleasant short stay

Convenient location. Staff was courteous and the room was clean, they ended up giving me a suite for the same price, which was nice. There was also a good selection at breakfast. My only complaint is the bathroom was a bit old, but it was clean.

Good hotel for the price

Pros Very good breakfast and dinner Comfortable Room Value for money in Amman Cons Do not take a road-side room, its noisy even with double glazing Location not great for walking around, must cross highway to get to shopping district, but this part of Amman isn't known for being pedestrian friendly
