The main lobby of the hotel is very nice. The room looks nice when you first walk in, but you begin to notice that it’s outdated. The window was missing a sheer curtain, but the clips that used to hold a share curtain were still there — they should’ve been removed or the curtain should’ve been replaced. ...

Comfort Inn & Suites Hadley - Amherst
Great breakfast, waffles, etc. "K." said there was only one key, so I was a lil bit upset, but the next morning "J." Made all the difference very charming, and courteous young man. Location is perfect, but a bigger well lit, and visible Sign would be recommended.

A charming little hotel, with tasteful decor. The breakfast is delicious — fresh homemade Greek yogurt, fruits and granola, avocado toast and cereals. The best part is the staff — attentive and friendly!!

The staff were extremely helpful for our stay. They had answers to all our questions about colleges in the area. I will stay here again for our next visit. The hotel is good, room was just what we needed. The shower was tricky the first time but I figured it out. You really can't get a better staff ...
