"Being a Hyatt I was expecting more I guess. Some staff great others ok. Breakfast was good not great . Room had. A dirty rag in the bathroom. I did tell staff cause it looked like dye on a wash cloth. I didn’t want to be charged for that. All they said was you won’t. Did t want to check anything in the bathroom."

"The property is in the mide of renovating and the staf was great through it all. The room was newly renovated and the property overall was well maintained. The front desk staff was fanstastic helping me book a last minute stay, just 2 hours after checking out, at another property due to a weather related flight cancelation."
