The staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was tok much trouble. You could relax at the hotel, the honesty bar was great and the pool area was a nice place to chill out. Its also only a short walk into the city, alternatively there are buses running every 15 minutes. An added bonus is that the hotel is right by a hospital, so even the most accident prone people are catered for.

The apartment exceeded our expectations; we were in the “Blue Room” on the first floor which had a huge balcony stretching round two sides of the building and looking over the pool.
The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome.
The private car park was a bonus.
A very good base from which to explore Girona, about half an hour’s drive away through very attractive countryside.

El Porxo is a beautiful home/bed and breakfast in a quiet neighbourhood about 20 mins walk (5 mins bus or drive) outside the city centre. The neighbourhood has good restaurants and shops. Hosts are wonderfully welcoming and the breakfast is incredible.

Mr Kim (the owner) and his wife were very nice. I love this property. It was very nice decorated and the breakfast was just perfect. Local Katalonian mostly homemade food. We will be back :-)

We visited for a triathlon so the area was very busy. There is a free car park available which was full at times. It was also exceptionally hot. The air conditioning was very effective. Staff were great, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect, our sleep was quiet, beds comfy, and shower a lovely experience. Only thing is the parking garage has a very tight turn and scratches on your vehicle are highly likely if you're not EXTREMELY careful.
