The room was very clean though cleaning people were helpful and the lounge bar was very close to our room which we enjoyed and the breakfast was OK, but it was good

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
