I booked non smoke room but i was put to near the room with people who's smoking. I could smell the smoke through my vent. It wasn't very professional, the manager check me in through phone call.

The room smelled like smoke and when we were checking out the person that was suppose to be in the kiddy was in her car. We left the keys there and did check out online.
