Best Western Plus Concord Inn
8/10 Good
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar never opened. The only thing thing that needs to be looked into is our bathroom door was squeaky and the old air conditioner/heater. It was really noisy and was not easily adjusted."
The Pointe Hotel and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"There was a very nice indoor pool area, a beautiful walking path, and a nice lake view from the patio. Breakfast was a little different, as you would bring a tray from your room to the breakfast area, choose your food and take it back to your room to eat it. The rooms were clean but could use a little updating. Our room keys did not work a few times and we were basically locked out of our room and had to walk down to the desk to get them reset."
Aqua Aire Inn & Suites
8/10 Good
"The property appears to be an older property that has recently been completely renovated. Check in is contactless and we had a small hiccup there but we received a call from staff to clear it up and answer any questions. The property we rented ended up being the entire two bedroom cottage next to the motel which was likely the office or owners quarters once upon a time. The one issue that we had was that the bedrooms are very near the road in that particular unit and the existing windows did little to insulate against the tractor trailers that drove by most of the night. The other units probably fair better regarding that issue. The unit was well appointed and there was a fire pit behind the motel, next to the lake with firewood provided."
The Waters Of Minocqua
10/10 Excellent
"While making a fall color run in October 2026, we chose The Waters over a traditional hotel and were so glad we did. What a beautiful facility and lodge experience. We will definitely return."
Great Northern Hotel
8/10 Good
"Felt safe, friendly staff. There was a tv, but small. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, it was minimal mostly packaged goods no cooked food. Good place if you are just passing through"
