"Beautiful property"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Given the high price we paid, the room was unexpectedly small and lacked comfort. After a long day of travel, we were shocked to find that room service was unavailable after 11:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient. I had a European guest with me, and he was also dissatisfied with the service. The breakfast options were quite limited, and overall, the hospitality did not meet expectations. Due to the poor service, we decided to check out the next morning, even though we had booked for two nights. However, the hotel refused to refund the second night, which was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and value for money. "

"This lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side. The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience. As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful. There is ample scope for activities, from cycling and horse riding to zip lining and kayaking. The owner has a wonderful green thumb and creates awesome bonsai. The only, and minor, downside is that the food is average. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a short, enjoyable holiday. P. S. While you're there don't forget to drive over to Matheran and tour the place on horseback for some lovely scenery. P. S.2 There are other places for hikes, such as Kondhane Caves as well as hilltop forts within easy access. Enjoy!"

"Good quiet relaxing stay"

"The place is good but needs loads of improvements. the room was as if it was locked for quite some time and felt claustrophobic. Bathroom was not so great. Food and service were fantastic"

"This Marriott is super convenient for us, right in the heart of the manufacturing zone of Pune Maharashtra. The security is top notch and there are signs posted about how careful they are about the food and drink to keep you safe and healthy. The staff was incredible! I don't think I've ever felt more welcome in a hotel. Well done!"
