"Room was clean, beds comfortably, bathroom door way needed repainted. Carpet in halways need replaced or aleast stretched. But it was clean and family friendly. Would definitely stay again. Our double queen was only $125.00 for the night"
"The parking was great and breakfast was good. Se arrived early (4:30 am) in the morning, shen se sent for breakfast at 7:30, I asked for a blow dryer and was told there were a few and shebwould have one at the desk for me when we arrived back. We left for graduation and came back around 1:00. I asked the lady at the desk (who was complaining and dis interested in customers). She said she would have to get when and I told her I would get it later. Again, three more attepmts and shebsaidnshe would bring it to me. I never got the dryer and she acted mad when I asked for extra towels. Other than the desk clerks the stay was om. "
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Amarillo I-40 West, TX
6/10 Okay
"The pros- It has the makings a of a quaint property, check in was quick, breakfast had plenty of options, there was wi-fi and a pool. The cons- the room smelled like dog and cigarettes and had broken tile on the floor, the sofa had cigarette burns in it, the carpeting needs to go, there isn’t enough seating at breakfast nor enough parking spots."
"The room was very dirty and not as nice as advertised. The floors specifically were extremely dirty. When we showered, our feet left black marks in the shower after only walking around for a few minutes. We also saw debris from crumbling walls and toenails. Outside of that, everything else was mediocre."
"Very disappointed in this property. Only 1 small elevator for a large hotel with 3 floors. As it was broken and we checked in later, we were forced to stay on the 3rd floor and use the stairs. I asked for some discount but since it was booked thru Expedia, they could not accommodate. Rooms are nice but there were items left in the bathroom and closet, and there were a couple of long hairs on the shower stall wall. There was a missing bottle of body wash in the shower ( only a piece of glue tape in its spot.) The TV screens were wiped but very streaky/cloudy. There was also a weird smell in the room in the morning. The common areas of the hotel were not clean, furniture was stained, and carpet needed vacuuming. The mat near the side door was roll up on the edges and was a huge tripping hazard."
"Front desk was very helpful and sweet breakfast was delicious and rooms were clean. Only thing was the pop was freezing cold but other than that amazing!!"
