We loved our stay. The front desk was so helpful in giving us good places to eat and shop. The breakfast was amazing and we felt like royalty. Would stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights. I would to suggest for more variety of breakfast items. Perhaps waffle iron, bacon, sausages would be nice for a change.

Good walking location for walking to beach and finding restaurants. We only stayed one night but worked great for us. And it had free parking

Indifferent reception. Advertises its own beach but fails to tell you it costs €10 a couple. Same for indoor pool which costs an extra €8 an hour. If there are extra charges these should be shown online and allows you to make an informed decision. Breakfast ok but only cutlery was one spoon and one knife on the table so yoghurt, tea, fruit salad all with the same spoon. Only tea on display next to a kettle, nobody to tell you that coffee was also available. Plastic cups for fruit juice. Room had no glasses or any tea/ coffee facility. Great roof bar area but it was closed and downstairs bar in reception so no real area to sit and have a drink. Hotel quite nice in appearance but unlikely to want to stay again.

A Gem in Amantea
Wonderful stay, staff were extremely helpful especially to my wheelchair-bound wife. Excellent location with respect to town of Amantea and to beach, and great location from which to explore Calabria. We will be back!

New and clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning worked wonderfully, given how hot the weather was during our stay. I was pleasantly surprised! I needed to iron some clothes during our stay and they directed me to the “ ironing room” where one of their stuff had set up an ironing board and iron. The room was clean, but uncomfortably warm. I just wish they’d had an iron and ironing board in our guest room, as it’s customary in most of the hotels back home in the US. Other than this, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

happy happy stay...
overall a good experience,my one and only complaint,the AC in our room wasn't working as well the first time we've arrived,the front desk took care of the problem and they got it to work,def no AC in the hallways...everything worked out just fine... be prepared to pay for extra towels at the pool and beach chairs if u go to their private beach...

Nice hotel for a short stay.
We spent one night and had good dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast, though, wasn't up to our expectations. Very polite and helpful staff.

Der Ausblick unseres Zimmers war leider eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im ersten Stock zur Seite raus, aber ziemlich weit hinten. Über unsere "Terrasse" hätte man problemlos ins Zimmer einsteigen können. Es führte eine Treppe aus einem anderen Gebäudeteil auf unsere Ebene, ebenso führte eine Treppe vom Restaurant Bereich auf unsere Ebene. Wir konnten unsere Terrassentür dadurch nie offen lassen, nachts erst recht nicht. Hier haben wir auch die Vorhänge immer komplett zugezogen. Ich hätte sonst Angst gehabt, es könnte jemand vor dem Fenster stehen und zu uns hereinsehen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer okay. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für italienische Verhältnisse auch völlig in Ordnung. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Toll ist auch der Shuttle Service zum Strand und zurück!

Un piacevolissimo week end ad Amantea. Il Mediterraneo Palace ha mantenuto fede a tutte le nostre aspettative in termini di qualità dei servizi offerti e della bellezza della struttura. Molto elegante la hall, piscina non molto ampia ma molto gradevole, camera spaziosa e molto pulita. La colazione é abbondante e molto variegata, dal dolce al salato con prodotti da forno niente male. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Amantea e il lungomare, a piedi o con le bici messe a disposizione dall'albergo, che offre anche un servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Non abbiamo utilizzato il centro benessere (giustamente vietato a bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni)ma si presenta davvero bene. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito per le auto accessibile anche con ascensore. Durante il nostro soggiorno la struttura ha ospitato due matrimoni, ma non ho riscontrato nessuna pecca e alcun rumore. Il personale è sempre presente e a disposizione della clientela,non guasterebbe qualche sorriso o parola in più alla reception, ma in giornate affollate da turisti é anche comprensibile. Ottimo
