El servicio de restaurante fue desagradable, no tienen personal que hable otros idiomas y en la habitación son muy pocos los productos que ofrecen. La verdad no volvería. Tener sauna o piscina no debe disminuir el buen trato y la calidad del servicio. Gracias.

My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon on 8/28/26 but on Sunday after returning from the butterfly conservatory someone decided that it would be funny to place 2 pink male privates on the back tires of our car that was parked under the window of our room. That night when my husband returned from charging our phones in the car because there are no c- chargers in the room which is fine. He told me that he notice what at the time he thought was one. When I came out to take a picture that’s when I saw that it was both back tires. I really don’t think this is funny but the staff & management seemed to. I’m confused about how it’s ok to accept someone’s sick behavior but it’s shocking to accept that I’m a woman of GOD that stands on faith. I think it’s disrespectful, slanderous & a deformation of my character. I was so excited when booking here because we had stayed once before and I was even telling people how nice it was at the reception but NO MORE. When I was asked when I would return, I said never. I was questioned by management is that the reason for not returning & w/ confidence I said YES! All that is important too me in this situation is my safety & that I stand on my faith just as much as ppl stand on their foolery. Compromise is not the same as grace & I will not compromise for anyone.
