"Lovely clean family room, all brand new furnishings so really comfortable. Quiet calm place to stay, self check in so barely see anyone but that’s just fine. Lovely view of sea from room and if not then only ten paces and at sea wall so you can hear it and feel near it. Not much going on in town but just very calm and quaint and authentic so not over touristy, which is perfect. Ideal base for exploring region."

"The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. "Nice staff, a lot of information provided. Off street parking is just next to the hotel. Lidl’s within short walking distance. Rooms and the building itself are little tired. Bathroom was a tiny one, but everything worked fine (except the extractor fan). Decorating was little outdated. But if you are looking for affordable stay overnight or few nights stay, then I would recommend it."
