"Location is good if you want to walk to Peles Castle, but not for walking to restaurants, stores, etc. They also have very little parking on-site. Food was so-so. The staff was helpful with any requests we had. Keep in mind, no elevator, and you might have to drag your luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Just to get to the lobby is one good outdoor flight."
"Exceptional service. In fact we didn't expect it but all the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and accomodating. The food was out of this world in taste and the variety of menus including wild game. If you are looking for peace, quiet, luxury and the royal treatment, look no further. Great job to everyone at the property! Keep up the level of excellence it is absolutely noticed and appreciated. Looking forward to our next visit."
