"The unit is not clean, not equipped with basic things, and the worst is the shower which almost had no water and the water temperature changed from very hot to very cold. Front desk are terrible, maintenance is poor. The only reason we gave them 2 stars and not one is the beautiful beach and the view from the Balcony."

"Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. "My 3 night stay was not a pleasant one. There were issues with the AC right from the start, it was 37C. Although I tried several times using WhatsApp number they provided and emails to have it repaired it was not. They didn't allow me to move to a different room that wasn't used when I was there. Frustrating part was the new owners didn't respond till 4 hrs later, when did they text "sorry", but the AC was not repaired. These are new owners from the US, not like the previous owners. The rooms need some sprucing up and the lounge chairs are it tough condition. "
