Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Guests were contacted at 10pm at night with a request to move to another hotel as staff wanted to deal with a difficult guest. This was very disturbing, unfair and very inhospitable
Stayed 2 nights in May 2023
