"Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! "Beautiful hotel and nice staff. I do have one complain that I hope the hotel can improve on We came back late at night and tried to take a shower around 11 pm. There was no hot water and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It turned out that the hotel turned the hot water off. I got very cold. It is not good at a city with 3700 meter elevation."
