Very exprnsive hotel. Very clean very comfortable. Front clerk was not so friendly.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price and will be staying here again!

Staff friendly and efficient, manager went extra mile to help with return of some items. Not far from station and easy to get to most places in centre.

The hotel is well situated with everything of interest within 20 minutes walking distance. (It is a large city so if you are reasonably fit this hotel should provide a good base without the need to take taxis or public transport.) It is situated in a quiet, modern residential/office area just off one of Hamburg's main roads. There is a baker's shop and a supermarket within 100 yards of the hotel so you can easily save money by doing your own breakfast in the apartment. The staff were helpful...

Access to pool and spa excellent. Exiting the car park was difficult as the ticket system did not work, causing a queue of customers

A lovely hotel. My only feedback is that I would have liked larger towels.

Great choice in Hamburg, always delivers!

Zusätzlich zur Zimmer Gebühr kommen noch 20€ pro Person für Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Für einen kurzen Trip würde ich deswegen beim nächsten Mal woanders übernachten.

Hotel is great. Staff is brilliant. Location superb.

Nice place to stay close to the main station. Staff are very welcoming and you get a free drink in the bar. The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of restaurant choices in the vicinity.

No issues and exactly as advertised.
