"The staff was very nice specially Mustafa. Very polite and accommodating. The room is spacious, great bathroom, very nice shower. Short walk to Celle downtown. The hotel is right next to a park. "

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience "

"This was a fine hotel. It is dated and not in a very pleasant or picturesque location. The breakfast was just okay everything served, however, was room temperature (scrambled eggs, milk, and yogurt all the same temperature). It also had minimal variety compared the other hotel breakfasts we have had that have been the same price. The rooms are from the 70's and lack hot water maker let alone outlets. It seemed a bit pricey for the amenities included, the location, and dated quality of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and checkin and out was easy. I wouldn't speak highly of this hotel and if I needed a place to stay it would certainly fulfill the need."

"Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, großen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Liebe zum Detail, viele Bilder an der Wand, Dekorationen in den Fensterbrettern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sonderwünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Herausragend war meiner Meinung nach das Frühstück. Dieses ist zwar sehr teuer, aber es war auch wirklich lecker mit frischen Brötchen, Lachs, Salaten, frischen, Erdbeeren, guten Säften etc. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Was könnte besser sein? Der Pool dürfte gerne etwas wärmer sein. Und der Tennisplatz wirkt dann doch etwas heruntergekommen. Aber wie cool, dass es überhaupt einen gibt! 5/5 Sternen 👍"
