"They do not answer emails or messages despite multiple tries- we could not go to Ortesei due to health issues and they would not help with a cancellation-- i would NOT use this hotel due to poor customer service"

"Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...

"What an exceptionally outstanding hotel. Everything about it is wonderful. From the setting where apples grow to the views of the mountains. In our three week tour of Europe this is by far the nicest staff. Our room was large with a balcony and sitting area. While there is no restaurant onsite, they do serve breakfast which was delicious. "
