Only thing was when tried to book swim told full but then said we could go funny there were only 3 others in pool but had been told full, there might have been a misunderstanding that I required treatments but did say only swim . Otherwise very good thanks for all hospitality x

Dear Sir/Madame We are one of the few hotels in the area that offer the possibilty for external guests to use our pool and sauna. Please note; however, that do not want to overfill our spa and thus limit the enjoyment of the spa for our hotel guests. For this reason the management reserves the right to decline external guest requests for using the pool, which we may do when the hotel is fully booked, in bad weather conditions or after the skiing hours (after 3 pm), in order to avoid the spa being overfilled. However; please understand that how full the spa finally is on the specific day, cannot be precisely predicted.
