"Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel. Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food, Easy parking and close to tourism sites"

"This is a beatiful hotel in a great shopping location. It is a little bit away from the rest of the hotels in Guatemala City but it is surrounded by shopping malls. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. I had stayed here a few times previously and always have a great experience "

"Hotel is nice although looks a bit dated in some areas. Staff is not very qualified the waiter actually blocked my fiends credit card for trying so many times fo charge the meal. The hotel charge us twice the price of per room on the second night, that made it confusing and very costly; the bellboys dont help unless they are assured a tip. Too much pressure for tips "
