What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Max at the front desk. After an 8-hour sleepless flight from Chicago, Max went above and beyond to expedite our early check-in, which was a huge help and very much appreciated. "Had a great stay. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Only slight criticism is the pillows were too soft and could do with being firmer, and couldn’t work out the aircon in the room. Didn’t matter which way we turned the dial it didn’t seem to cool the room, but still a great stay and will return. "
