Exceptional service — by far our favourite hotel in the UAE!
Our stay at Address Dubai Mall was absolutely exceptional. We had a spacious, spotless Burj View room with all meals included, and the location was unbeatable with such easy access to Dubai Mall.
What truly made this hotel stand out was the one-of-a-kind service. Maria and Angel at the front desk were incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely special.
A huge thank you to Dhina from housekeeping, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. Every day she surprised him with balloons, teddy bears, gifts, and adorable towel animals. These thoughtful touches meant so much to our family. The hotel also welcomed us with a beautiful fruit basket, cake, and treats for our anniversary — such a wonderful surprise!
The kids' play area was fantastic, and the rooftop and infinity pool were absolutely stunning. The pool in particular is incredible and feels very underrated.
We also stayed at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and Raffles The Palm during our UAE trip, and Address Dubai Mall was by far our favourite. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful rooms, incredible location, and family-friendly amenities made this stay truly memorable.
We travel frequently, and this is one of those hotels that genuinely leaves a lasting impression. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Address Dubai Mall!

Hotel is too old. And I don’t like the room where is no door to the toilet. And the toilet by itself very inconvenient to use

How do I get a cheap travel package to Alma?

Where should I stay in Alma?
Most people who travel to Alma put both Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall on their bucket lists. Why not book a hotel close to one of these fantastic attractions?
How far in advance should I book my Alma holiday?
It's difficult to pick the ideal time for airfares, but we normally say the earlier, the better. Many international journeys on Expedia become available up to 12 months in advance. If you can't book early, don't despair. Cheap prices appear from time to time just weeks before departure dates.
What does an Expedia Alma travel package include?
Expedia has everything you need to book your Alma escape, but how your package is structured depends on you. Pick from any combination of flights, rental cars and hotels. After some tours or activities to fill in your time? Once you've made your booking, you can add them too. No matter your style or budget, there's a holiday package to meet your needs.
What should I know before booking an Alma travel package?
A travel package can be easier on the wallet than separately booking everything you need for your trip. For example, bundle your hotels, flights and rental cars and score big savings. No matter your holiday goals, you're bound to find a package that matches your budget.
Can I choose my airline with an Alma Expedia holiday package?
Yes, you're in control. We offer more than 550 airlines throughout the world, so you can tailor your Alma getaway according to your budget and style.
If I'm not able to travel, can I cancel my Alma holiday package?
We totally understand — sometimes life doesn't go according to plan. If you've locked in an Alma holiday package and have to change or cancel it, we're here to help. We recommend checking out our Customer Service Portal first for information. But generally speaking, if you've taken out your package in the last 24 hours, you may be able to cancel and rebook at no cost. If it's been longer than 24 hours, your airline, hotel or car rental company may impose a charge.
