"Nice lodge just minutes from Waitsfield dining. Beautiful view towards mountain. One thing I’ll note: the layout with a front deck, and an internal lobby that rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors open onto, is ideal for visiting with friends and family. I was staying here on business so the late night conversations in the public areas kept me up. Not complaining! Just a heads-up about what to expect. If you stay on the first floor in rooms that open directly to parking area this shouldn’t be an issue. "
"My husband and I came into town for a wedding and not knowing the area we chose The New World Inn. We were very impressed with the kind, welcoming manner of the owner and how clean and comfortable the place and the beds were. The shower was better than mine at home! We had a nice balcony off our room which we used in the morning and evening. My husband liked the choices of the breakfast. He also loved the freshness of the coffee.
