"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless. Didn't get to use the pool but it appeared to also be spotless. Noise level was minimal. My only mild inconvenience was that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and it does kick on and off VERY frequently which was a little annoying, but I don't think that's anyone's fault! "
