"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Dit was ons derde verblijf in Sunshine Superior en alles is perfect, vriendelijk personeel, netheid, schone kamers, uitstekend ontbijt en 5-gangen diner, heerlijk zwembad en spa, en de shuttlebus naar de skiliften. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug."

"Para empezar, el lugar está hermosamente decorado, tiene todo lo necesario!
La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y caminando puedes ir a muchos lugares. Si vas a San Galo este lugar es perfecto para quedarte, definitivamente me hospedaría de nuevo ahí.
